Lots of ads on that page, but if you look very closely in the middle of the page is a live video feed of the sturgeon swimming. Today is the day as I’ve seen 4 or 5 already this morning just glancing back every few minutes.
Wow, I clicked the link and within 5 seconds one swam up and stuck its face in the camera then tried to swim upstream. In the background I could see two others trying to swim upstream and then saw all three fail and get pushed back downstream. They went back and forth a couple times before making it. Immediately following that group was two more that swam upstream almost making it fully out of view before getting pushed back and joining up with two more and trying to lump it upstream. Kind of silly to see a fish fail at swimming and get rolled over by the current.
