Well, it's obvious what this Vampire is hopping about -- its hopping mad that its so useless! While I've seen this card used effectively by a friend who's a bit short of real heavy hitters, overall its the least worthwhile character card. Expensive with nothing going for it. Still, the Lotus have a shortage of medium hitters that don't require either a [Magic] or [Lotus] resource to play.
If you have to have one in the deck, use it like any other character: attack and defend. It can be worth it to throw good power after bad, and give the Vampire some goodies: Sports Cars and Really Big Guns are common. However, the Hopping Vampire really isn't worth 4.
Um. Well, okay. A 4 Fighting Lotus card not needing a Resource is a pro: it gives you a medium hitter and a resource, which you might need at some point.
Cost inefficient. Expensive character with nothing special to make it worth the cost.
