Notes:

This is the deck that won Flashpoint Finchley 7. It is an interesting throwback to the early days of Shadowfist - its key combos are all from the Limited Edition - Demon Within/Monster Hunter/Tortured Memories to snatch characters and Vivisector/Thing with 1000 Tongues to sacrifice them.
Dave is new to the Finchley tournaments and so has not been infected with the "big decks" meme - this deck continues the new trend of victories for small decks. The size of the deck probably helped him win the 2-player final against the undefeated triple winner, Andrew Trickett, whose Comrades of Carnage deck had about twice as many cards.
Dave is an experienced player and first came to fame as the winner of the Card Wars 96 tournament. This deck shows off his deck-design skills but his greatest asset is his amiable personality - he's the sort of player that you don't mind losing to. He works as a schoolmaster, hence his subtitle - Jovial Master.
