It is now summer of '98, is anyone still playing Shadowfist? I have a slew of cards in Southern California, but I'm in Berkeley for school and work this summer; anyone wanna make it worth my time to ask my family to mail up my 400-odd cards, mostly Standard? I really loved playing 'fist with my high school buddies after graduation, way back in 1995, and I'd love the opportunity to play again now. Just, please, have a little mercy... there are some highly tuned and cool strategies out there that I'm just getting an inkling of reading on the Web. Bring it on!

I like the mythos behind Shadowfist (and Feng Shui), and as an avid
cinemaphile have started a small collection of the films upon which it
was based. I've got a few decks' worth of cards, but by no means as many
as the collectors out there who can afford to buy boxes upon boxes. I'm
pretty lousy at deck building and playing, but I relish the opportunity
to try my luck anyway, especially since there don't seem to be all that
many S'fist gamers here in Columbia...if you're in the area, give me a

Still a newbie player Also looking to trade limited edition cards
Dave Van Domelen
One of the playtesters, since Feb 1995. Most of my favorite decks, therefore,
are impossible to construct since the cards involved have been altered
because I found them too useful. This makes me a bitter and deadly opponent.

Plays Ascended...
Steve Zamborsky
I'm pretty new to Shadowfist, but I love the game and would love to
find other people to play with (other than my wife, who always keeps kicking
my butt) :)
I live in Stillwater; I'm new to the game, but am not so crunchy as
to taste good with ketchup. Honest.
Graham Bignell
ShadowFist Kicks Butt! I would love to duel with anyone who wishes to
try me... I'm an actual ShadowFist Stunt Team member... (Someone will explain
that to me one day). Contact me for info on Tournaments and other events
in and around Ontario.

I work at the Silver Snail on Queen West in Toronto. I'm interested
to hear other retailer's customers opinions on Flashpoint as well as sales
in general. I puch Shadowfist like crazy (hey Deadalus, how about a rep
job?). Oh, yeah, one day I'll post my Jammer/Architect deck "Happiness
is Slavery".
Sean Harvey
Ottawa, Ontario. Thursday nights at Master Yang's Gaming Co. on Bank

Looking for Shadowfist, NetRunner and RPG Gamera. Just moved to Toronto

I'm one of several enthusiastic SF players you will find on any given
day at Planet X on NW 23rd and Glisan in Portland. Note to Ascended and
Dragons: expect to be picked on; we know your type... ;-)
Kalon Jelen
I am also a pseudo-stunt coordinator for the Eugene area. I frequently
run tournanments and there is a biweekly "Games Night" that has somewhere
between 8 and 12 players in attendance at any given time. Reach me at work
at 541-345-2568!
Jasper Phillips
I also play Legend of the 5 Rings and Jyhad
Gregor Torrence
Portland Shadowfist players meet at Planet X. Check my webpage http://www.teleport.com/~torrence

I love Shadowfist i am a ranked shadowfist player according to Daedalus
I am the pennsylvania state shadowfist champ
Rob Bush
Erie, PA , in the lovely NW corner of this fair state is tragically
lacking in Shadowfist players. HELP ME!!
Ariel Elias-Bachrach
I used to play shadowfist and compiled a 32-0 record. then everyone
else stopped playing. I taught a friend how to play and am starting gain
but I can't find anyone else who plays.

the Zotmeister (Adam R. Wood)
We've got a small group of SFist players in my group, and we could use
one or two other cool players to game with.
I like both Shadowfist and Feng Shui
Robyn Matieshin
Looks like I'm one of the few Shadowfist players to come from the prairies.
Shadowfist started off very slow here, and only after Flashpoint has begun
to attract a larger following. Most of us players in Saskatoon know each
other, and play quite often. Any other players close, or passing through
or by Saskatoon are encouraged to give me a call for a good multiplayer
game. Your sure to face each faction at least once by the end of the night.
I prefer Artitects over all other factions, and have them in every deck
I play.
I'm in Greenville and know several other local players. Feel free to
contact me!
Actually, I go to school here in San Antonio, but it isn't listed as
a choice. I'm from Houston, and I go there from time to time. I play mostly
two-player, and can play either killer decks or funny-themed decks.
Ryan Delaney
Jeff Underwood-Jones
I go to school in San Antonio (UTSA), so you'll rarely find me in Houston.
My roomate and I both play Shadowfist, and are pretty partial to two-player.
I'm always looking for trades.
Tom Fielder
Da-Wai Hu
Hello! I'll be back in Houston starting June 16th. I'm really looking
foward to playing and trading. I have both lots of cards and lots of time.
Give me a ring or email. PS I'll also be around Austin too for sometime.
Mike Kochis
I enjoy playing Shadowfist, but collect and trade the popular CCGs.
Please contact me if there is a Shadowfist group in the NASA/Clear Lake
area, am usually ready to play.
Will Wagner
Tim Weissman
I am part of a very interested group of players in my area.
Looking forward to finding others to play in this area. Likely to have
upcoming tournaments.
David Urbanek
The way of the Hand is the only true form. All others shall perish.
Alan Webster
I'm not irreedemably evil, and therefore do not play Ascended, but anything
else goes.
Well, I rarely play Ascended.
The feng shui sites of New York are in my possession. Virginia has fallen
under my wrath. The perfect master Quan Lo has bowed to me. If you want
to play a veteran in the secret war, find me at the Adventurers' Pair-A-Dice.
710 State St. (423) 764-2385. (Warning! Only for the strong-hearted! No
Magic Players!)
Dave Weinstein
Ian Williams
I haven't played a whole lot of Shadowfist, mostly because I thought
Daedalus went out of business a few years ago...but it's still the bomb!!
I don't play very serious games, but I love slapping together some smooth
theme decks and playing just for fun sometimes!! Anyone in the Hampton
Roads area, email me for a game...I play mostly two player games, but multiplayer
games are buckets of fun, too. I also play Heresy, if anyone has heard
of that, but I make a point of NOT playing Magic!!
Well, lessee... I play in the gaming group at Wizards art gallery on
University (in Seattle). I live with three other players in Factoria (Bellevue
for out-of-towners). Current decks are Monarchs/Guiding Hand, Monarchs/Ascended,
Ascended/Guiding Hand, and Architects/Dragons/Guiding Hand (some decks
may require reassembly.) Prefer 3-5 players, dislike gunfights

I'm one of the Shadowfist designers and am frequently
running demos/events in the Seattle area. Anyone who beats me in one of
these events gets a prize. If you're interested in playing in one of these
events contact me for the dates/locations/times.
More like, I messed up; now I'm running from everyone. "What artwork
I owe you?"
Tony Hafner
I really like the Jammers for stylistic reasons, but find that they
don't have enough decent events to keep people off their toes. As a result,
most of my decks are strongly Monarch-based. I do play all factions in
some small amount, with Hand and Ascended being in really small amounts.
As I am new to the area and have not been able to find a really large and
really active play group here, I am always starving for more chapters in
the secret war...
Andrew Herington
From Seattle Washington Coordinator of the Cell Z Shadofist Playtest
group. I specialize in the Architects and Four Monarchs and built a vicious
card denial deck.
Karl Kahn
Trying desperately to get a large play group rolling in the Palouse
area in general and Pullman in particular.... Give me a call if you want
to get a game going.
Brian Kawano
Bring your decks to the Wizards of the Coast Game Center in Seattle
so we can play Wednesdays at 7PM.

I am an avid player who does a fair amout of playtesting for Daedalus.
And no matter how great the tempation, I never fist in the shadows. (You
can put an eye out). Check out my homepage on www.seanet.com.
Charles A Oisten
Owner of, Wizards of the Isle. Located in the Town of: Oak Harbor.
Ian Quorn
Fairly new to the game, I am looking for people to play and/or trade
in the Southwest Washington / Northern Oregon area.
Marc Rieck
Dragons are the good guys, but I find myself drawn to the lotus and
architects of the flesh.
Jason Taylor
I'm one of the ex-Wizard's Gallery players here in Seattle. I live in
Bellevue but I'm more than willing to drive a bit to play and meet new
people. My decks tend to vary (currently I'm playing Ascended/Architechts
and Ascended/Dragons), but I'm an Eater of the Lotus at heart...one can
only hope they get a bit more viable as a faction in future expansions!
In any case, I'm always up for a good secret war... :)
Dylan F. Walsh
I am an avid Shadowfist player, but alas, I live in Olympia, WA. I play
in Seattle tournaments, and run a playtesting group at my home. I'm always
looking for new players and run demos occasionally at The Danger Room in
Olympia.
Doug Weston
I love the game but I don't get to play as much as I'd like to. Still
learning but my Ascended Deck seem to be pretty effective.
Michael Greenholdt
John M. Huber
New/Novice ... anyone want to try an e-mail/multi-player game?
Ron Kilby
I play the Hand,Dragon and Ascended with a sprinkle of Architech.
Robert McNulty
I play all factions...but in group games I only seem to win with the
faction I least like .... those damn Ascended....
John Monnett, III
My roommate & I would be happy to take on anyone in the Madison
area! I have three decks ready to play! I'm looking for a chance to try
my "That's Disgusting!" deck.
