Revving up for the Summer

Daedalus is revving up for this summer. We're releasing quite a bit of stuff: Thorns of the Lotus, Throne War, Seeds of the New Flesh, a new promo card, and possibly a few other things.

Here's what we've got lined up and that we can use help on:

• Daedalus may be going to Origins. I'll decide within a week. In the meantime I'd appreciate a roll call of anyone who plans on attending and would be willing to help. If Daedalus is there we can offer crash space.
• Regional Championship: In about 6 or 7 weeks Daedalus will be sponsoring a wave of regional championships all over the US and Canada as well as National Championships in other countries. We're looking for people to run these events.
• Gencon: Daedalus is going to be present at Gencon in force and we've got a lot of events planned. We're offering crash space and badges for stuntcrew who lend us a hand.
• With the release of Throne Wars in late July Daedalus wants to sponsor a wave of demos and tournaments. We did the same with the release of Netherworld and Flashpoint with great sucess. If you're interested in running such events let me know, we'll be especialy receptive to calls for event support on this ocassion.
• We're looking for any word of stores in your area that are having problems getting our products from distributors. If you can relay the phone and fax number of any such stores as well as their address, we'd be appreciative.
• I'm thinking of going to the Berkely open house (sept 20th thru 22nd). We could use a helper or two at that as well. In fact I'm thinking of doing a west coast tour in September, if anyone has any ideas on how that can be coordinated I'd like to hear them.

In closing Daedalus is on the cusp of releasing a lot of product this year. In addition to what I've already mentioned there is Golden Comeback and Blowing Up Hong Kong (both for Feng Shui), another Shadowifst expansion set slated for release around Halloween and the newsletter.
